  • Postgraduate qualification in Intellectual Property (ITAM), master's degree in Business Law (UP) and LL.M. in Information and Communications Technology Law (INFOTEC).
  • Former Editorial Director of INCAM's El Ilustre magazine.

Roberto Daniel Blanco Alemán

Corporate lawyer focused on commercial contracts and company law. He has incorporated and restructured companies, negotiated and audited service, advertising and supply agreements, and coordinated notarial formalities and powers of attorney for media, services and infrastructure businesses. He worked on tender processes for the New Mexico City International Airport (NAICM) project, including negotiating and terminating contracts after the project's cancellation, and has taken part in civil and commercial mediations. At BLINKËN he supports the partners on corporate matters and commercial litigation.
